WEEK 4 JOURNAL: PROBLEM SOLVING  By Aflesi Gloria BABJ28049  This week’s class focused mainly on the challenges students faced while  blogging and tweeting. Many of my colleagues shared the issues they had, and Madam explained each problem and helped them understand how to fix them. I personally didn’t face any difficulties with blogging or Tweeting, but it was good listening to the discussions. My confusion was actually about social media campaigns, because I missed last week’s lecture. Madam didn’t re-explain what campaigns are, though i wasn't expecting an explanation because i already read the slide but she told us when we will start our campaigns and gave us some important guidelines. She said our campaign can be about anything, and it can be in a video form or image form, depending on what we choose. She also made it clear that we are allowed to use only one hashtag not more than one for the entire campaign, and that our page name must clearly show what our campaign...

WEEK 3 JOURNAL : Social Media Campaign This week, I learned about social media campaigns and how they help businesses reach their goals. A campaign simply means working in an organized way to achieve something. In social media, it means using different platforms to support a business goal. I discovered that running a successful campaign starts with listening, finding out what people online are talking about. After that, it’s important to talk to experts and even customers to understand their experiences. I also learned that inspiration can come from many places, including innovators with fresh ideas and even non-business people who think differently. Another thing that stood out to me is that sometimes you just have to try. Start the campaign, observe what competitors are doing, and keep checking your results. It's also good to test different platforms to see what works best. Engaging the audience is very important, so I must post creative content and stay consistent. Going silent ...
