WEEK 4 JOURNAL: PROBLEM SOLVING
WEEK 4 JOURNAL: PROBLEM SOLVING
This week’s class focused mainly on the challenges students faced while blogging and tweeting. Many of my colleagues shared the issues they had, and Madam explained each problem and helped them understand how to fix them. I personally didn’t face any difficulties with blogging or Tweeting, but it was good listening to the discussions.
My confusion was actually about social media campaigns, because I missed last week’s lecture. Madam didn’t re-explain what campaigns are, though i wasn't expecting an explanation because i already read the slide but she told us when we will start our campaigns and gave us some important guidelines. She said our campaign can be about anything, and it can be in a video form or image form, depending on what we choose. She also made it clear that we are allowed to use only one hashtag not more than one for the entire campaign, and that our page name must clearly show what our campaign is about.
Since I didn’t attend the previous class, I still felt like I was missing some background information. Because of that, I planned to talk to our assistant course rep so they can explain the concept in detail and help me catch up fully.
Overall, Week 4 was helpful, and even though I had missed out on the earlier lesson, I now understand what is expected from us. With a little extra guidance, I’ll be ready to start my campaign confidently.
